The new Oilbrusher is the ultimate and revolutionary modeling product. Oilbrusher contains high quality oil paint specifically formulated for modeling use, diluted to the perfect consistency to be applied straight from the jar. The cap has an exclusive built-in high-precision brush to apply the colour directly onto your model, without having to put the oil paint on a palette or a piece of cardboard. This evolution prevents the oil from drying out and wasting product unnecessarily. Furthermore, the modern container includes a dispenser-cleaner system that removes the excess paint from the brush, leaving just the right amount in the tip. Traditional oil paint tubes were messy to use and difficult to open when the oil paint dries around the cap causing it to become stuck. This doesn´t happen with the Oilbrusher, it is always clean and always stable. Besides all of these advantages, this revolutionary design also saves product and cost in the long run, particularly when considering Oilbrusher is less expensive than traditional oil paints in the market.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow a few additional days in transit for delivery, especially during high peak seasons, eg, Christmas.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays due to the nature of post offices and couriers operating hours.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally due to circumstances outside Sideline Hobbies control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
Change of mind
Sideline Hobbies does not offer refunds for change of mind due to the nature of TCG products.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Sideline Hobbies will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
How to apply for exchange or refund
If you believe your item is defective or is the wrong item, you will need to:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us via email info@sidelinehobbies.com.au or via our socials with photos of the item, packaging and your order number within 5 days of receiving your order.
The Sideline Hobbies team will then review your request and will notify you of the outcome within 24 hours, if a refund or exchange has been approved, we will provide you with a postage label for you to send the item back to us via AusPost.
Upon receiving your returned product, a final review will be conducted and we will provide you with the option of exchange or refund once approved.
In the event of an Exchange, we will provide you with a coupon code with the same dollar value of the returned item along with the amount of postage fee.
All refunds will be done in the same manner and currency (exchange rate will be at the time of refund, Sideline Hobbies is not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates.) as you have paid.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
